If you're signing up, please read the rules, the plot, and check out the character list if
you are looking to play a canon. Please remember if there is canon (dead) that is not on
the list, please notify Willow Rosenberg, by PM, and we will add them, and they can be
played. All characters will have to make an application, no exceptions.
Last time we saw Buffy and the gang, they had just destroyed Sunnydale, and Willow, everyone's favourite wiccan, activated all the potential slayers. They had defeated the first evil, pure evil. But they were left with a question - What now? Well, we're just about to answer that question.
Buffy, Willow, Xander, Dawn, Faith, and Giles, moved to Rome, Italy, where they built a new watcher's council. The slayers moved with them, and helped the gang build it, and also downstairs, they built slayer central, where the slayers lived and trained. Everything was going extremely well.
Until they found out that Wolfram and Hart was trying to destroy Angel and his friends, and they decided that they should help out in the fight, so Angel, Gunn, Illyria, and Spike, stayed with them in Rome. Wolfram and Hart had shut down the firm, and went into hiding, ready to hit the gang with their best shot.
Board Information Welcome to When in Rome, which is a BTVS/ATS roleplaying game. Here you may find the rules [not a lot, don't worry], the plots, and announcements, updates, and activity checks. This is where you can get back in the know of the roleplay, and if things get too confusing please private message Buffy, and she will help you out. Members can also post important information on their characters or plot twists here also.

But staff will check it out and if it is inappropriate, then you will be deleted. You should expect a link back from our roleplay on your site, this is called 'linking back'. You can also affiliate with us, which means 'banner exchange'. Just follow the provided form.
Member Board This is basicly a general board, where everything that has to do with you members or staff goes. If you want, you can also post in the sub-boards, which include 'Graphics', 'Fun & Games', and more. You should also feel absolutely free to post in just this board, not just the sub-boards. The staff will be watching you! And sorry guests, you'll have to sign up to access here.

Character Information
Character Plotting If you have a character, canon or non-canon, you can plot what is soon to being coming up with them, what is currently going on and what already has happened with them. You can also plot your character's relationships, like love, friendship, family and hate. It is suggested that every character should have one of these.
Character Application Are you interested in playing a character in our roleplay? You can apply to get your character in the game here, it can be a canon or original character. You can also view the character list, application code and celebrity claim here. If your application has been accepted it will be locked and moved to the biographies section.
Character Biographies These are the accepted applications. They are looked over by a staff member, locked, and moved here. If you are looking for some information on any slayer, witch, vampire, or a character of any species what so ever, you should be looking here. This is like a character resource board, but it's called biographies, so yep.
Summers/Rosenberg Buffy and Dawn Summers live in this big apartment, with Buffy's best friend Willow, who's lived with them since the death of Buffy's mother when they lived in Sunnydale. The place is decorated nicely, not too overdone though. It has a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and three bedrooms. This is an apartment remember.
Harris Xander Harris lives here in this small apartment alone. You can often hear country music being played, if he's in one of his depressing moods. It has one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. Xander can often be found here, if he's not at Willow and Buffy's place, hanging out with his best friends.

Angel's Penthouse This is were the brouding vampire angel lives with gunn and conner.Its a large pent house with 3 bedrooms a large kitchen and a liveing room all the bed rooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Watcher's Council
Slayer Central Are you a slayer? If so, this is where you should be. You can train here, make friends, and even live in the dorms with the other slayers. Buffy and Faith have tried their very best to make sure you all have a comfortable enviroment to live in. If you are new (to the rp) and play a slayer, please pm Willow to find out the happenings.

Library As we all know, watchers love books. And books can be found in librarys, right? And why not have a library right here in the watcher's council? Common sense, right? Here you can find almost every book that ever existed, starting from 'the cow goes moo' all the way to 'physics for dummies', it can be found here.
Offices Here you can find the offices of the watchers that work at the council. If you want to be a watcher you will have to go through rigorious training (an application =P) to see if you are qualified enough for the job. Not every watcher gets an office, just the head watchers, and some of the ones that live close to Rome.

Rome, Italy
Solar Solar, one of the best clubs in Rome, lets anyone in, but it's still a really great club, and course you still need ID to get an alcoholic drink though. It is named 'Solar' because of it's many solar lights shining on their big stage where live bands usually play.
Memory Fields Memorial The cemetery is basically the spookiest place in all of Rome. Sure you can come here to mourn the dead, but you better do that during the day. Vampires, Demons and other creeps reside here at night, and slayers often come here to patrol, and make the world a better place.
Java Spot A small but popular cafe, the Java Spot is a place to come in the mornings for some coffee or during the day for a quick and delicious lunch, then in the evening, a dinner that may resemble lunch. (This is a cafe, remember.) So if you're having a caffine crisis, remember that this is the best place to be at.
Sun Valley Park A little community park for the little kids to play around on the many swingsets, slides, and monkey bars and for adults to go for 'fitness walks.' Then at night, those who hang around are easy prey for vampires and demons--or are those very preditors.
Streets Ah, the streets of Rome, Italia. They're a fun place to walk, but they're usually crowded with people and stores, it's that which usually takes all of the fun out of the walking. Anyway, you wouldn't want to walk here at night, there's tons of creepos out at a night.
Archives Dead and old threads and games go here when they are finished. Also old polls and stuff go here, you may read them but they are locked so no one can add on to them, that's classified as cheating posts, which is not allowed.
